Here is a 1 minute meditation (it starts with three bells and ends with one).
To do this, you can sit, stand, or lie down. You can do it on the subway or in the parking lot before you get out of your car.

These are the numbers in the Fibonacci sequence, a series of numbers often found in nature, like in the way a pine cone grows, or a sunflower, and builds up by adding on to the number immediately before it – the sequence starts with 1, then again 1, so then 1+1=2, then 2+1=3, then 3+2 = 5, and so on.
These can be useful increments to build your meditation practice.
