Here’s a 1-minute meditation video to connect you to nature, to offer a moment of respite whether you are stuck on the subway, coping with the pain and suffering of someone you love dearly, or just need a brief break from work. (Best to load the video when you have access to wifi so that you can play it whenever you want, even if you’re on the subway. Sometimes the connection is slow, so you can pause the video, let it fully load, then play it anytime.)
